This project involved the complete renovation of a long-time owned condominium in the heart of Lower Lonsdale. After many years of enjoying the home, the clients were finally ready to update it with modern finishes, efficient systems, and a refreshed look.
The condo received a full interior renovation, with all finishes, fixtures, and systems modernized. With the clients out of town for the duration of construction, Lumia Group Contracting relied on a combination of clear communication and our project management software to provide real-time updates, progress photos, and approvals that kept everything moving smoothly.
