Blueridge – Carport

Completed in spring 2026, this standalone carport project pairs clean architectural lines with everyday functionality, giving the home a modern covered parking and utility space.

Scope of Work:

Lumia Group Contracting built a covered carport featuring a custom horizontal slat privacy screen that filters natural light while preserving views of the surrounding greenery. Dark stained wood siding and a matching tongue and groove wood ceiling create a cohesive, contemporary look throughout the space. The area was finished with durable asphalt surfacing and a concrete curb border for a clean, defined edge. Due to the ground conditions, helical piles were required to reach solid bearing.

Project Outcome:

Completed in spring 2026, the carport delivers a modern, low maintenance addition to the property, combining thoughtful design with the practical convenience of dedicated EV charging.
