This project involved a complete interior and exterior transformation of the home, paired with a full landscape/hardscape overhaul to modernize the property from the ground up.

Scope of Work:

Lumia Group Contracting reimagined the interior and exterior of the home with an old world modern design. The exterior features dark vertical metal siding, metal soffits, a black metal roof, and natural stone accents. Triple pane windows, a brand new envelope and higher than code insulation help the occupants remain comfortable year round. The interior features high end finishes, expansive custom millwork, integrated appliances, natural quartzite slabs, and custom details unique to the home.

Project Outcome:

The result is a fully updated home with striking curb appeal, blending natural and high performance materials with thoughtful landscaping upgrades.
