2000 Sqft Condo Renovation – Vancouver, BC
This 2,000 sqft Vancouver condo renovation redefined urban living, creating a warm, contemporary space that feels more like a private home than a high-rise unit. The project included a partial asbestos abatement, followed by a full renovation of all interior finishes—walls, flooring, millwork, lighting, and more.
We worked closely with the building’s strata to ensure seamless coordination and compliance with all regulations. Due to access constraints, we used a crane to deliver large materials, including drywall and countertop stone, directly to the unit—minimizing disruption and keeping the project moving efficiently.
The entire renovation was completed in just 13 weeks, a testament to our tight planning, experienced trades, and on-site project management.
